Hi Barbara!!!! Good to meet you. Mine all all grown and gone, I have three, 30, 27, and 24. The time sure went by quickly!! We are waiting for our first grandchild, anyday now. Where in N. Ireland do you live, I don't mean you address Laughing ? One of my "Bucket List" dreams is to go to N. Ireland. My oldest spent a summer there, he's always been intrested in the politics of the area. He lived in a hostel and worked in a ship yard. The stories he came home were fascinating!!!!!! Maybe I'll get there someday. So glad you found this place. It is a good suppot system!! Every "age" of boys can be exasperating from birth to adulthood.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I live just outside Belfast - probably about 8 miles from the shipyard your son worked at - Harland and Wolff. What is life like with 3 sons - I am trying to decide whether to have a 3rd child although it is early days yet as the little one is only 10 months old ! Don't know if I could cope thi 3 boys but then again they are sooo loveable. Where abouts in America are you ?

.......it was a really neat experience for him. He went by himself the year after he graduated from high school. I LOVE having three boys. Yes, there is a lot of enery going on but they are so much fun. I found one of the most important thing was to lay down some rules and stick to them. They really never fought , they knew I'd kill them, Laughing I'm teasing of course. Another thing, I put their names on the calendar, one each day, and whoever's day it was got to do all those things that kids fuss about ie: I want to sit in the front seat, I want to watch this progam, etc. It cut out all fussing about that. I wanted five children but had to stop at three, due to some problems. I was not dissappointed when my third was a boy. Sorry to ramble on! I live in North Carolina, right in the middle, up top, near Virginia.
